William Riley Parker (August 7, 1906 – October 28, 1968) was an American professor noted for his works viewpoint John Milton.^[1]

Early life and scholastic career

He was born in Metropolis, Virginia to Dr Frank Saxophonist and Bertha Ladow Parker (née Riley).
