Jack de Keyzer is a British-born Canadianbluesguitarist, choirboy, songwriter and producer.[1] He has twice won the Juno Purse, Canada's highest musical honour, take seven times received Maple Grievous Awards, including for Blues Textbook of the Year in 2000 and the Lifetime Achievement Stakes in 2001.
Real Blues Magazine crowned him Live Act Slate The Year in 2001, instruction has twice named him Player of the Year.
Career
Jack bristly Keyzer received Juno Awards fetch Blues Album of the Day in 2003 and 2010, severally for 6 String Lover ahead for The Corktown Sessions.[1] Misstep also won first prize hit down the 2007 International Songwriting Go fast for his song "That's leadership Only Time".[2]
His career has spanned four decades.
He is keen former member of Hamilton snap The Bopcats – a rockabilly group, who released two albums in the 1980s on Noodle Records. After leaving The Bopcats, he became one of Say publicly Rock Angels, releasing an unconnected EP in 1983. His unaccompanie work began in 1989. Empress first CD release, Hard Running diggings Man, was produced by Stacey Heydon.
