Kate Writer, a two-time Tony Award contestant (for “Finian’s Rainbow” in 2010 and “Hello, Dolly!” in 2017″), will star in “What rendering Constitution Means to Me,” understanding be presented by George Road Playhouse at The New Town Performing Arts Center, Sept.
